I got the big license of JD1BLK by Ogasawara voyage of two times.  It is very difficult to have foreigners understand the Japanese degree of licensing system.  Ogasawara in those days was different from that of the Japanese mainland, and there was a big wall in the license acquisition.  That is the thing Ogasawara was thought to be special even for the government as well.  But, as for my recognition which can be said certainly, "Ogasawara is in Japan."  I had a great trouble by that goal though I got the license of the first 1kW personal station as a result.  When this trouble is being told, one homepage will be able to be made only by that.

As for me, the license of JD1BLK became effective after the governmental station check.  The call sign of JD1BLK can't be used so far.  I operated it unwillingly with JM1LJS/JD1 with 50W output.  Must I who has the 1st class licenser why operate it in 50W output?  This is Japanese law, too.  The fix station (JD1BLK) can operate 1kW output.  But, the portable station (JM1LJS/JD1) can't operate over 50W output.  I followed this law faithfully until the big license of JD1BLK became effective.  It got tired at that time though they were familiar recollections when it was remembered now.  Hi,Hi.

QSO results in 2003 is shown in the following.

     JM1LJS/JD1(Mar 22-27 and Apr 27-May 1) : 2019 QSOs
     JD1BLK(May 1-4) : 2546 QSOs

The 1kW personal station licensers of 10 stations and more exists in me now though I add a sentence to this page in 2009.

20-10m bands beam.
This antenna functions as 2 element beam in all bands.
It is the antenna which is easy to treat.
I rent this antenna from JD1YBO-Ogasawara family DX club.
